<br />Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City Held.
<br />Upon roll call there were present Truotees;-President K. .Ryan,Carl K.,�abie,H.C.
<br />Tuchsen,Geo.Ill.ticliulty,Geo.A.Kreiss,C:ty Clerk I.i.Price/
<br />Minutes of regular meeting held January 3rd.1922 were read and on motion of Trustee
<br />Kreiss,seconded by Trustee Tuchsen and carried same be ap?roved as read.
<br />This being the time heretofore set for the taking up of the pumper engine contracts it
<br />was on motion of Trustee Tuchsen,seconded by Trustee Kreiss the purchase of the pumper
<br />engine be deferred until next meeting ,Ayes Trustees Ialabie,Tuchsen,Il4cNulty,Kreiss,no
<br />Trustee Ryan.
<br />Communication from F.M.Worthington Supt.of Coast Division of the Southern Pacific Co,
<br />stating that the door of the waiting room of the station would in the future be opened
<br />at 5 o'clock AAA.hras on motion of Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee Tuchsen, same be
<br />received and filed.
<br />Application of the Sequoia Club to hold a one o'clock dance in F'orester's Hall on
<br />Saturday evening January 28th.1922,same was granted on motion of Trustee Kreiss,seconded
<br />by Trustee Mabie and carried.
<br />Application of the Pacific Gas & Electric Company for permission to contact on one
<br />pole of the Town of Redwood at Claremont Avenue and State Highway was on motion of Trustee
<br />IeDulty,seconded by Trustee Kreiss same be granted on approval of City Electrician.1.1otion
<br />Carried.

<br />Or REDwooD CITY.
<br />The Board of Trustees of the Town,
<br />of Redwood City do ordain as follows,
<br />to -wit:
<br />Section 1. Last Jefferson avenue, in
<br />the Town of Redwood City shall 'here-
<br />after be known as and called Jefferson
<br />avenue.
<br />Last Brewster avenue ,n the Town of
<br />Redwood City shall hereafter be known
<br />as and called Brewster avenue.
<br />Last Hopkins avenue in the Town of
<br />Redwood City shall hereafter be known
<br />as and called Hopkins avenue,
<br />Section 2. All Ordinances or parts
<br />of ordinances in Conflict with tills ord-
<br />inance are hereby rePealed.
<br />Section 3. This ordinance shall be
<br />published once In the Redwood City
<br />Standard, a weekly newspaper publish-
<br />ed, printed and circulated in said Town
<br />Of Redwood City and shall take effect'
<br />and be it force [17911} and after 30 day%
<br />after Its passage.

<br />Passed and adopted as an ordinances
<br />of the Town of Redwood' City by the
<br />Board of Trustees of said Town at a
<br />regular meeting of said Board held on
<br />the 16th day of January, 1922, by the
<br />following vote:
<br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of
<br />the foregoing Ordinance, Trustees,
<br />Carl K. Mable, H. C. Tuchsen, Geo. W.
<br />McNulty, Geo. A. Kreiss, Di, B. Ryan.
<br />Noes and against the passage of the,
<br />foregoing Ordinance, Trustees,
<br />None.
<br />Absent, Trustees,
<br />None.
