360 Redwood City,Maroh 6th,1922.7-30 o'clock P.M. Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City held. Upon roll call thbre were present Trustees; -President M.E.Ryan:Carl S.Mabie,H.C.Tuchsen, Geo*W*MoNulty,Geo.A.Kreiss,Gity Clerk W.A.Price. Minutes of regular meeting held February 20th.1922; and regular adjourned meeting held February 27th.1922 were read and on motion of Trustee k'abie,seconded by Trustee Kreiss, m said minutes be approved as read,Motion Carried. On motion of Trustee Tuchsen,seconded by Trustee Kreiss, the application of Mr. D.R. Stafford for a permit to move his buildings from the corner of Winslow Street and Broadway to lot facing Broadway next to Union Oil Station be denied,Motion Carried. Communication from the Redwood City Chamber of Commerce in the matter of A building Ordinance for the City of Redwood was on motion of Trustee Tucheen, seconded by Trustee Mable same be reeeived and filed, and the clerk be instructed to write the Chamber of Commerce informing them the Board has already taken steps in preparing a Building Ordinance for the City,Mot:ion Carried. The following communication was received from the Pacific Telephone abd Telegraph Co and on motion of Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee Kreiss same be received and filed; - Office of the Division Superintendent of Plant San Francisco,February 28,2922. Mr.�9.A.Price, City Clerk, Redwood City,California. Dear Sir; - We have your letter of February 8th,addressed to Mr.W.T.Teague,concerning the removal of certain poles and wires from Broadway and Main Street of your city; It is the Telephone Company's 'intention to remove its poles and overhead wires from Broadway between the Southern Xacific right of way and Main Street and from Main Street between Broadway and the Southern Pacific right of way,in accordance with Mir.Teagae's letter to you of October Ist.191g. This project is included in our current construction program qnd the work will be completed this year. Acknowledgement of your letter concerning this matter was delayed through the fact that it was forwarded to Mr.Teague at Cleveland, Ohio, where he is now located and later teturned to us.
