i T - <br />Redwood City,lrlarch 6th.19: 2,7-30 0' clock P -K - <br />Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the r,oVM )f Redwood City held. <br />Upon roll call there were present Trustees; -President hI.E.Ryan,Carl K.I,Iabie,H.C.Tuchsen, <br />Geo.W.Mcilulty,Geo.A.Kreiss,City Clerk N.A.Price. <br />I,Iinutes of regular meeting held February 20th.1922; and regular adjourned meeting held <br />February 27th.1922 were read and on motion of Trustee Ilabie,seconded by Trustee Kreiss, <br />said minutes be approved as read,ilotion Carried. <br />On motion of Trustee Tuchsen,seconded by Trustee Kreiss, the application of I.1r D.R. <br />Stafford for a permit to move his buildings from the corner of Winslow Street and Broadway <br />to lot facing Broadway neat to Union Oil Station be denied,Idotion Carried. <br />Communication from the Redwood City Chamber of Commerce in the matter of A building <br />Ordinance for the City of Redwood was on motion of Trustee Tuchsen,seconded by Trustee Labie, <br />same be r ceived and filed, and the clerk be instructed to write the Chamber of Commerce <br />informing them the Board has already taken steps in preparing a Building Ordinance for the <br />City,Motion Carried. <br />I_ <br />The following communication was received from the Pacific Telephone aid Telegraph Co <br />and on motion of Trustee Mcllulty,seconded by Trustee Zreiss same be received and filed; - <br />THE PACIFIC TELEPHONE & TELEGRAPH COMPAl1Y <br />Office of the Division Superintendent of Plant <br />San Francisco,February 28,1922. <br />Ivir.'N.A.Price, <br />City Clerk, <br />Redwood City,California. <br />Dear Sir; - <br />We have your letter of February 8th,addrestied to l:ir.W.T.Teague,concerning the <br />removal of certain poles and wires from Broadway and Hain Street of your city; <br />It is the Telephone Companyle intention to remove its poles and overhead <br />wires from Broadway between the Southern racific right of tray and I,Iain Street and <br />from Main Street between Broadway and the Southern Pacific right of way,in accordance <br />with llt.Teague's letter to you of October Ist.1919.
