<br />And khereas said Board of Trustees thereupon on said 24th.day of October, 192I,deeming
<br />it to be for the public good rejected all of said bids or proposals.
<br />And. wbLereas under the improvement. act of 191I under which said proceedings were -taken'
<br />and had said Board of Trustees may at anytime within six months after rejection of all
<br />bids or proposals readvertise for bids for doing the above described work.•
<br />Now therefore the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City do hereby resolve and
<br />order that the Clerk of.said Town of Redwood City be and he,is hereby ordered to readver-
<br />tise for bids the above described wotk under Resoluton•of Intention No,E-a and that said
<br />bids be opened at the hour of 8 o'clock P,M: of the 3rd.day of April,1922,

<br />on Saturday evenings of March IIth, and March 18th.1922 was on motion of Trustee McNulty,
<br />seconded by Trustee Mabie same be granted,,
<br />Trustee Mabie presents Plumbing Ordinance No.22¢ and moves its introduction ,Trustee-
<br />greiss,seconds the Ynotion,Motion Carried,
<br />Trustee McNulty presents Ordinance No.225,calling for a special election in the Town
<br />of Redwood City, and moves its introduction,Trustee Sreiss seconds the motion,Motion Carried.
<br />Mr.William Jamieson appeared before the Board in regards to the water stranding in the
<br />gutter in front of his property on Stambaugh street ,on motion of Trustee Mabie,seconded
<br />by Trustee McNulty,said matter be referred to the Street Committee,Motion Carried.
<br /> . Moved by Trastea Mabie,seconded by Trustee $reiss and carried,this Board go on record
<br />with the Pacific Gas & Electric Company in a joint Pive(5) pole extention on Maple.Stne'et
<br />situated in the Town of Redwood City,.
