And Whereas said Board of Trustees thereupon on said 24th.day of October, 1921, deeming it to be for the public good rejected all of said bids or proposals. And, w4ereas under the improvement act of 1912 under which said proceedings were taken and had said Board of Trustees may at anytime within six months after rejection of all bids or proposals readvertise for bids for doing the above described work. Now therefore the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City do hereby resolve and order that the Clerk of said Town of Redwood City be and he is hereby ordered to readver- tise for bids the above described wotk under Resolut on of Intention IIo.E-2 and that said bids be opened at the hour of 8 o'clock P.I.I. of the 3rd.day of April,1922. Trustee McNulty seconds the motion.
