38 <br />Redwood City,March 20th.1922-7-30 o'clock P.M. <br />Regular meeting of the Board of �rustees of the Town of Redwood City held. <br />Upon roll call there were present Trustees- President M.E.Ryan,Carl K.Mabie,Geo.W. <br />McNulty,Geo.A.Kreiss,City Clerk W.A.Price,Absent Trustee H.C.Tuchsen. <br />Minutes of regular meeting held March 6th,I922 were read and on motion of Trustee <br />Kreiss,seconde'd by Trustee Mabie,same be approved as read,Motion Carried. <br />A Resolution was received from.the Board of Supervisors of the City and County of <br />San.Francisco,respectfully requesting the Board in behalf of the City and County of <br />San Francisco to enaet an Ordinance granting them permission to construct and maintain <br />such water supply conduits across the public streets in this City,was on motion of <br />Trustee McNulty,seconded by TFustee Kreiss same be received and filed,Motion Carried, <br />A Resolution was received from the Town of Hillsborough in regards to the handling of <br />criminal investigations resulting from recent lawless acts in San Mateo County was on <br />motion of Trustee Mabie,seconded by Trustee McNulty same be received and filed,Motion <br />Carried. <br />Application of the Pacific Gas & Electric Company for permission to set one pole on <br />Grand Street as per Blue Print-# 583-R was on motion of Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee: <br />I,abie and carried same be granted. <br />Application of the Pacific -Gas & Electric Company for permission to contact one pole <br />of the Gity of Redwood for guy wire at Bradford and Walnut Street, and also to contact on <br />one pole of the City of Redwood on Edgewood Road as per BLUE PRINT # 587-R and 588 R -was <br />on motion of Trustee McNulty,seconded by Trustee IvIabie and carried same be granted. <br />The following communication was received from the Western Union Telegraph Company and <br />on motion of Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee Mabie,same be received and filed,Motion <br />Carried. <br />THE WESTERN UNION TELEGRAPH COMPANY <br />Pacific Division <br />San Francisco, <br />March IOth.1922. <br />Subject; POLE LINES -Maintenance -Redwood City,Cal. <br />Mr.W.A.Price, <br />City Clerk, <br />Redwood City;Cal. <br />Dear Sir; <br />Referring to your letter of February 8th in which you <br />request that we remove cert8n poles on Broadway and <br />Winslow Streets,Redwood City; <br />Wish to advise this matter is receiving our attention <br />and you may expect to have your request complied with with- <br />in the next ten days. <br />Trustee Maisie offers <br />Trustee Kreiss seconds the motion. <br />U <br />Yours very truly, <br />J.L.Ord. <br />Division Plant Supt, <br />ORDINANCE No* 22¢ <br />PLUMBING ORDINANCE. <br />------------------- <br />0 <br />and moves its adoption <br />
