<br />RESOLVES}, that whereas the Board of Trustees 'of tin;• Town of Redwood City, did on the
<br />27th.day of March,1922.pass its Resolution of Intention No,D.-I to order the hereinaftere
<br />:
<br />described work to be done and Improvements.to be made in said Town,which Resolution of
<br />Intention.NO.D.I was duly.and legally published as required by law,as appears from the
<br />affidavit o,f,Jas.D.Hedge now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town of Redwood Cit.-; U
<br />and ;
<br />WHEREAS notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention No.D-I headed 11 NOTICE .OF
<br />IMPROVEMENT 11 were duly and legally posted along the line of said contemplated work and
<br />imprivements and in front of all the property liable to be assessed,in ti.me,form,manner
<br />and number as required by law,after the adoption of said Resolution of Intention No.D.-.I
<br />as appears from the affidavit of ,Edward Dearborn,Street Superintendent of Streets of said
<br />Town of Redwood City,who personally posted said notices,which affidavit is now on file in
<br />the office of the Clerk of said Town of RedwJJd City; and
<br />WHEREAS At the time fixed in said Resolution of Intention NO.D•I and in the notices of
<br />the passage thereof,so posted as aforesaid when and where any and all persons having sny
<br />objections to the proposed work and improvements described in said Resolution of Intention
<br />No.D-I and herein after herein described or to the grade at which it was proposed to do
<br />said work and make said improvements could appear before the Board of Trustees of said Town
<br />of Redwood City and protest and -show cause why said work and improvements should not be
<br />carried out as in said Resolution of Intention No. D -I provided or why said work and improva-
<br />menrs should not be done and made at the grade shown on the plans and specifications theref)r,
<br />which are on file in the office of thenClerk of said Town,no perdon or persons appeared and
<br />no protests of any kind were made against said work and improvements or against the grade
<br />at which it is proposed to do said work and improvements, and said Board of Trustees now
<br />having acquired jurisdiction to order said. ,work and improvements,
<br />IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the public interest and convenience require tin: work and
<br />improvements herein described and the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City hereby
