RESOLTTION ORDERING THE WORK PTO D -I. RESOLVED, that whereas the Board of Trustees of tIn Town of Redwood City,did on the 27th.day of la larchv1922.pass its Resolution of Intention No,D.-I to order the hereinafter, described work to be done and improvements, to be made in said Town,which Resolution of Intention No.D.I was duly and legally published as required by law,as appears from the tt affidavit of Jas.D.Hedge now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town of Redwood City; f j and E tt WHEREkS notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention No.D-I headed t1 NOTICE OF IMPROV.EB.1ENT ti were duly and legally posted along the line of said contemplated work and imprivements and in front of all the property liable to be assessed,in time,form,manner and number as required by law,after the adoption of said Resolution of Intention No.D.-I as appears from the affidavit of Edward Dearborn,Street Superintendent of Streets of said Town of Redwood City,who personally posted said notices,which affidavit is now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town of Redw =d City; and WHEREAS At the time fired in said Resolution of Intention No.D.I and in the Notices of the passage thereof,so posted as aforesaid,when and whore any and all persons having any objections to the proposed work and improvements described in said Resolution of Intention No.D-I and herein after herein described or to the grade at which it was proposed to do said work and make said improvements could appear before the Board of Tr .stees of said Town of Reedwood City and protest and show cause why said work and improvements should not be carried out as in said Resolution of Intention No. D -I provided or whg said work and improve- ments should not bj done and made at the grade shown on the plans and specifications therefor, which are on file in the office of the.iClerk of said Toivn,noerson or p persons lip feared and; no protests of any kind were made against said vrork aid improvements or against the grade at which it is proposed to de said work and improvements, and said Board of Trustees now i having acquired jurisdiction to order sail work and improvements, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the public interest and convenience require t1B. work and improvements herein described and the Board of Trustees of the Town. of Redwood City hereby orders thra following work to be done and improvements to be made in daid Tolmi,to-wit; That tine following streets and ay. street; one manhole at the center line'',eral to the line dividing lots 76 and b of Redwood avenue at the center line 77 and one lateral to the line dividing enues in the Town of .Redwood City be of that portion of Hawes street lyttng lots 77 and 78 and one lateral to the Improved by having constructed there -,easterly from Redwood avenue extend- line dividing lots 79 and 80 and one on and therein sewers, manholes, wyes ep to the center line of Redwood ay.
