And It Is hereby further resolved by said Board of Trustees that serial bonds bearing interest at the rate of seven Per cent per annum and extend- ing over a period of thr2o years from the second day of January next suc. ceeding their date shall be Issued to represent assessments of twenty-five ($25.00) dollars or over for the costs and expenses of said work and im- provements, and in manner and form provided by law. The Town Clerk is hereby directed to post a notice of said work and imtirovements,together with the plans and specifications therefor, conspicuously for five days on or near the Council Chamber door of the Board of Trustees of said Toren. of Redwood City,inviting sealed proposals or bids for doing the work orddred herein. Said Clerk is also directed to publish a notice inviting such scaled proposals or bids,and referring to tin plans and specifications posted or on file,by two successive insertions in the Redwood City Standard,a ,weekly newspaper published,printed and circ,Llated in said Tovrn of Redwood City, (there being no daily or semi-weekly newspaper published therein), and hereby designated by said Board of Trustees for that purpose.
