<br />and heretofore adopted for doing said,

<br />by the Board of Trustees of said Town,

<br />bonds bearing' interest at the rate of

<br />ceeding .their date shall be issued to
<br />represent assessments of twenty-five.

<br />RESOLVED, thb said Board of Trustees hereby refects all of said proposals or bids except
<br />that next herein mentioned, and hereby awards the Contract for doing said work amd making
<br />said improvements to the lowest regular responsible bidder,to-wit ;W.J.TOBIN at tha pricee
<br />named in his bid.
<br />The Town. Clerk of said Town of Redwood City is hereby directed to post a notice of this
<br />award conspicuously for five days on or near the Council Chamber door of said Board of
<br />Tmu.stees of said Town of Redwood City,and also to publish said notice by two sucessive
<br />insertions in the Redwood City Standard, a weekly newspaper published, printed and circulated
<br />in said Town,(there being no daily or semi-weekly newspaper published therlein),and hereby
<br />designated by said Board of Trustees for that purpose.
<br />Passed and adopted by ,the Board of Trustees of the Town. of Redwood City at the hour of
<br />8.¢0 o'clock P.M. at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 15th day of May, 1922, by
<br />the following vote:

<br />Complaint of S.E.Underhill of 523 Stambaugh,Street, in regards to the dumping of
<br />fertilizer next to her premises, was on motion of Trustee Ikiabie, seconded by Trustee
<br />Ryan the said 'complaint be referred to the Health Department for their action.Motion carries
<br />An invitation was received from Gen Geo.S.Evans Relief Corps No 36,inviting the Board to
<br />join in the'Memorial Day excercises., was on motion of Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee
<br />Beeger the clerk be instructed to write the Corps thanking them for the invitation and
<br />to inform them the Board would attend. Motion -carried.
