<br />, mentioned,and described work and Im-
<br />iprovements are to be done In accord*
<br />ante with the special plans and speciff-
<br />cations heretofore adopted for doing
<br />said work and making said Improve-
<br />ments by the Board of Trustees of the
<br />Town of Redwood City on the 3rd day
<br />of April, 1922, and now on file In the
<br />office of the Clerk of said Town of
<br />Redwood City, to which plans and
<br />speeidcations reference is hereby
<br />made for a further description and lo-
<br />cation of said work and improvements
<br />{ and for further particulars, and the
<br />same are made a part hereof.
<br />And said Board of Trustees does
<br />hereby declare that the foregoing des-
<br />cribed work and improvements are to
<br />be done at a different grade than the
<br />official grade and reference Is here-
<br />by made to the plans and specifica-
<br />tions now on file In the office of the
<br />Clerk of said Town of Redwood City
<br />and heretofore adopted for doing, said
<br />work and making said improvements
<br />by the Board of Trustees of said Town,
<br />as to further particulars as to such
<br />proposed grade at which said work Is
<br />tq be done and said improvements
<br />n.ade, and the same aro made a part
<br />hereof.
<br />And it is hereby further resolved by
<br />said Board of Trustees that serial
<br />bonds bearing interest at the rate of
<br />,seven per cent per annum and extend -
<br />Ing over a period of three years from
<br />;the second day of January next sue-
<br />�ceeding their date Shall be Issued to
<br />,represent assessments Of twenty-five
<br />($25.00) dollars or over for the costs
<br />and expenses of said work and im-
<br />provements, and in manner and form
<br />provided by law_. _
<br />Fill the ihorein proposed work and
<br />Improvements shall be done In pursu-
<br />ance of and In conformity with an
<br />Act of the Legislature of the State of
<br />California, entitled, "Improvement
<br />Act of 1911," approved April 7th,
<br />1911 and acts amendatory thereof.

<br />that next herein mentioned, and hereby awards the Contract x"or doing said work omd making
<br />::aid improvements to tt.e lowest regular responsible bidder,to-wit ;W.J.TCBIIi at the prices
<br />named in his bid.
<br />The Town Clerk of said Tor= of Redwood City is hereby directed to post a notiNe of this
<br />!_.:ward conspicuously for five days on or near the Council Chamber door of said Board of
<br />Tmustees of said Town of Redwood City,and also to publish said notice by two sucessive
<br />insertions in the Redwood City Standard, a weekly newspaper published, printed and circulated
<br />in said To,n,(there being no daily or semi-weekly newspaper published ther&i.n),and hereby
<br />designated by said Board of Trustees for that purpose.

<br />b.1,0 o'clock P.1.. at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 15th day of i_ay, 1922, by
