<br />Standard, a weekly newspaper published, printed and circulated in said Town. of Redwood City,
<br />(there being no daily or semi-weekly newspaper published therein), and hereby designated
<br />for that purpose by said Board of Trustees. .
<br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at the hour. of
<br />9.25 odclock P.M. at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 5th.day of June,1922,by
<br />the following vote;

<br />Underwriters of the Pacific on the new pumper engine be received abd filed,Motion Carried.

<br />on motion of Trustee Tuchsen, seconded by Trustee Mabie,same be received and filed,Motion

<br />Application of the Sequoia High School Alumni for a permit to hold a one o'clock dance
<br />in Forester's Hall Saturday June 17th.1922,was granted on motion of Trustee Iiabie,secondecl
<br />by Trustee Beeger,IJlotion Carried.
<br />Application of R.O.Summers to do Electricial work in this City under Ordinance § 219,was
<br />on motion of Trustee Mabie,seconded by Trustee Ryan same be grant ed.111ot ion Carried.
<br />Communication from the Gen,Geo.S.Evans Relief Corps # 36, thanking the Board for their
<br />kind donation of Forty Dollars,was on motion of Trustee Nlabie,seconded by Trustee Beeger
<br />same be receiged and filed, Motion Carried.
<br />Moved by Trustee Tuchsen, seconded by Trustee Beeger, the Pacific Gas & Electric Company
<br />be granted permission to contact with the two poles supporting the "Redwood City Electric
<br />sign on Broadway at Winslow Street, with the understanding they remove their wires, at sucl
<br />time the City removes said poles, Motion Camried.
<br />Communication from Gray-Thorning Lumber Company and Chas.Cofiori in regards to bills
<br />against H.C.Reid Company,Electrolier contractor,was on motion of Trustee Tuchsen,seconded
<br />by Trustee Ryan,same be receited and filed,Motion Carried.

<br />Building Inspector,and representive of 'the Board of Trustees,under Ordinance No.227, m d
