<br />to interview the Geo.H.Irving Company regarding the improvement of Hudson Street from
<br />Brewster Avenue to James Street,Motion Carried.
<br />Moved by Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee Mc.Nulty,the City Engineer furnish the Board
<br />at the next meeting the estimate soot of a sewer on Laurel Street from the Highway to
<br />Railroad Track,Hancock Street between Willow and Charter Streets, and also on Charter
<br />Street from Highway to Railroad track,Motion, Carried.

<br />at a salary of Twenty($20.) per Month,said appointment to take effect March 15th.1919;

<br />the National Magnesia I,ifg.Co.informing them the City wishes to still furnish them with
<br />the City water,Motion Carried.
<br />Moved by Trustee Ryan,secanded by Trustee Jonds,the clerk be instructed to hereafter

<br />notify all delinquent water consumers by mail on the 15th.of each m_onth,that of their
<br />water bill is not paid by the 2oth.of said month the Supt.of Water System will sgut off
<br />the water,Motion Carried.

<br />'the Platt -Lowe Company ,informing them providing they purchase Block 5 -West I/2 of Block
<br />¢,Block 13, and South 1/2 of Block 21,Eastern Addition to the Town of Redwood City,the
<br />Board will be willing to close the following Streets,to-wit;-Willow Street from Heller
<br />Street to Chew Street,Laurel .Street from Heller Street to Chew Street,Heller Street from
<br />Willow Street to Charter Street ,Charter Street from Chew Street to 150 feet of Heller.
