<br />The Boardof Trusfees ;of the Town
<br />of Redwood City do ordain as follows,
<br />(SECTION I.. It. is hereby declared
<br />unlawful for any person,'porsons, cam-
<br />.pany or corporations to operate or cause
<br />to be operated any, railroad Arain In
<br />the Town of Redwood City at a greater
<br />rate of speed than -46 miles per hour.
<br />,SECTION4. Any Person, firm, eom--
<br />pany .or' corporation Violating any of
<br />the ;provisions (if'ihla ordinance shall
<br />$300 or by Imprisonment in the.vdunty
<br />Jall.of the County of Ban Mateo, State
<br />of California, not exceeding 39 days, or
