Beeger said affidavits be receivE,d <br />and filed,Motion Carried; <br />>Trustee Mabie offers`the following RESOLUTION and moves its adopti on, Trustee Beeger <br />seconds the motion,Motion Carried: ' <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE WORK NO.D-8. <br />RESOLVED, that whereas the Board of Trustees of the Torn of Redwood City,did,on the 24 <br />th.day of July,1922,pass and adopt its Resolution of Intention No.D-8 to order the here- <br />. N <br />inafter described work to be done and'improveme.its to be made in said Town of Redwood City; <br />which Resolution of Intention No.D-8 was du*y,and legally published as required by law,as <br />appears from the a ffidatit of J.D.Hedge now on file in the office of the Clerk of said <br />Town .of Redwood City; .and <br />WHEREAS, after the passage of said RESOLUTION of Intention No.D-8.notices of the passage <br />thereof headed,«NOTICE:OF n1PROVEUENT" were duly and legally posted as required by law,as <br />.appears from the affidavit of Edward Dearborn,Street superintendent of said Town of Redwooe <br />City,which affidavit is now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town of Redwood Cits; <br />and <br />WHEREAS -,it appears from said affidavit of Edward Dearborn,said Street Superintendent that <br />the posting of said notices of improvement as aforesaid was completed on the 29th.day of <br />July, 1922; and <br />WHEREAS,at the time fixed in said Resolution of Intention No.D-8 and in the notices of the <br />passage thereof so posted as aforesaid,when and where any and all persons having any ob- <br />jections to the proposed work and improvements drecribed herein could appear before the <br />Board of Trustees of said Town of Redwood City and show cause why said proposed work and <br />improvements should not be carried out in accordance with said Resolution of Intention No. <br />D-8,no person or persons appeared and no objections .of any kind. were made against said <br />work and improvements; and said Board of Trustees now having acquired jurisdiction to orde3 <br />said work and improvements; <br />Therefore be it Resolved by the Board of Trusteesof the Town of Redwood City, that the <br />public interest and convenience require the work and improvements herein described, and the <br />Board of Trustees of said Town of Redwood City hereby orders the following work to be done <br />and improvements to be made in said Town of Redwood City,to-wit; <br />0 <br />0 <br />
