Beeger,id.E.Ryan,City Clerk W.A.Price. Moved by Trustee Mabie,seconded by Trustee Beeger and carried,minutes of meeting off' August 2Ist.1922 be dispensed with until next meeting, On motion of Trustee Mabie,seconded by Trustee Ryan and carried, the Chamber of Commerce be given a permit to hold a one o'clock dance in Masonic Hall ,Saturday evening September t 16th.1922,also be allowed to advertise their minstalel show by painting with white wash on the sidewalks. Affidavit of Jas.D.Hedge in the matter of PUBLISHING and affidavit of W.A.Price,City Clerh in the matter of POSTING,near the Council Chamber door,inviting sealed proposals under Resolution of Intention No.D-7 was on motion of Trustee Mabie,seconded by Trustee Beeger ;1 same be received and filed,Motion Carried.
