<br />making said improvements to the lowest regular responsible bidder,to-wit;

<br />five days,on or near the Council Chamber door of the Board of Trustees of said Town of
<br />Redwood City, and also to publish said notice by two insertions in the Redwood City
<br />Standard,a weekly newspaper published, printed and circulated in said Torn of Redwood City,
<br />(there being no daily or semi-weekly newspaper published therein,) and hereby designated
<br />for that purpose by said Board of Trustees of said Town of Redwood City.
