<br />c -4 -RESOLVED by tha Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City that V./hereas,certain c
<br />weeds are growing in the Town of Redwood City„ upon the streets and im front of the property
<br />hereinafter mentioned,which weed's are of a kind which bear seeds of a wingy or downy hature
<br />and will attain such large growth as to become menance when dry, and whereas, the said weeds
<br />constitute a_ public nuisance;
<br />NOW THEREFORE,IT IS HEREBY DECI<ARED that the said weeds do now constitude and will contin-
<br />ue a public nuisance,and it is ordered that the said public nuisance be abated in the
<br />manner provided by that certain act of the legislature pf,the,State of California,entitied
<br />"An ACT AUTHORIZING 10NICIPALITI'ES to declare noxious or dangerous weeds growing upon the
<br />streets or sidewalks or upon private property within municipalities,to be a pub�Zijc nuisance,
<br />creating a lien upon the property fronting upon such streets or sidewalks or upon which
<br />such nuisance exists for the cost of abating same",approved May 26t -h.1915.
