<br />RESOLUTION� DECLARING NUISANCE. C
<br />RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City that whereae,oertain weeds
<br />are growing in the Town of Redwood City.upon the streets and in front of the property here-
<br />inafter mentione&,which weeds are of a kind which bear seeds of a wingy or downy nature and
<br />will attain such large growth as to become a fire menance when dry, and whereas, the said .
<br />weeds constitute a public nuisance. Y
<br />NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY DECLARED that the said weeds do now constitute and will
<br />continue to 'eonstitude a public nuisance, and it is ordered that the said public nuisance
<br />be abated in the manner provided by that certain act of the Legislature.of the State.of
<br />California,entitled," An Act Authorizing Municipalities to declare noxious or dangerous
<br />weeds growing upon the streets or sidewalks or upon private property within municipalities,
<br />to be a public nuienace,creating a lien upon the property fronting upon such streets or
<br />sidewalks or upon which such nuisance exists for the coast of abating samv approved May
<br />26th.1915.•
