The Town 1'lerk is hereby directed to post a notice -of said work and improvements, together
<br />with the plans and specifications trhere for. conspicuously for five days on or near the counciL
<br />Chamber door of said Board of Trustees, inviting sealed prdposals or bids for doing the work
<br />and making the improvements ordered,,
<br />Said Town Clerk is also ordered to publish a similar notice inviting such sealed proposals
<br />or bids and referring to the plans and specificationsposted or on file,in the Redwood City '
<br />Standard, a weekly newspaper published,printed and circulated in said Torn ofT Redwood City,
<br />(there being no daily or semi-weekly newspaper published or printed thereinX, for the period
<br />required by law, said newspsper being hereby designated for that purpose by the Board of
<br />Trustees of said Town.

<br />RESOLVED, that whereas the Board of Trustees of the To:^n of -Redwood City,did,on the 2Ist.
<br />day of IvLay,1823,pass and adopt Resolution of Intention No.F-7,to order the hereinafter de-
<br />scribed work to be done and improvements to be mase in said Town .of Redwood City,:^hich Res-
<br />olution of Intention No.F-7 Ras duly and legally publsihed as regmired btr law as aprrears
<br />from the affidavit of Jas.D. edge now on fine in the office of the Clerk of the Town of
<br />Redwo.;d. City; and

<br />the district to be assessed,in time,form,manner and number as required by law as appears from
