<br />WIM'RE.A.S, this Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City in now convened
<br />in regular meeting, and said petition was duly presented to this Board of Trustees, and was
<br />thereupon duly read and received and filed, and duly considered by said Board of Trustees,
<br />to which said petition now on file reference is hereby made and the same made a part hereof
<br />as fully as if the same were fully set forth herein; and

<br />and documentary evidence was intr£iduced and heard sup-orting the allegations and matters

<br />that all of the allegations and statements set forth and contained in said petition are true,
<br />that all of the petitioners are residea�ts of said Torn of Redwood City, and are registered
<br />qualified electors thereof, and were such at the time of the signing of said petition, and
<br />that the signatures to said petition are the genuine signatures bf said petitioners sever-
<br />ally and respectively, and that said petitioners comprise and constitute not less than one-
<br />tenth in number of the qualified electors of said municipal corporated upon the
