Whenever manholes oi-lumpholes are now in place on the line of any sewer to be constructed herein or whenever manholes and lampboles are to be con- structed on the line of any sewer to be constructed herein said sewer shall be connected with said manholes and lampholes. All laterals mentioned herein are to be connected to main sewer with six (0) Inch by four (4) Inch vitrified salt glazed the pipe sewer wyes, a separate ,wye ji]QIng,_u,sed for each lateral.
