<br />Regular meeting of the Board of Trp.stees of the Town of Redwo:.1 City held.
<br />Upon roll call there were present Trustees;- C.K.ilabie,4.E.%lonteith,H.P.,Beeger,I,T.E,Ryan,
<br />City Clerk 'W.A.Price,Absent,Trustee G.11.11clTulty.
<br />President G.U.Mcl,ulty being absent,on motion of Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee 11abia,
<br />and carried,Trustee H.A.Beeger be appointed President pro -tem,
<br />Moved by Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee I;iabie and carried,the reading of the minutes
<br />be dispended with until next meeting,
<br />ryffidavit of Jas.D.Hedge in the matter of PUBLISHING and affidavit of C.L.Dimmitt,Supt.
<br />of Streets in the matter of posting notices for improvements under Resolution Uo.F.IO,
<br />was on motion of Trustee-11abie,seeonded by Trustee Idonteith and carried, same be received
<br />and filed,
<br />There being no protest against the improvements under Resoluti:n of Intention ffo.F.IO
<br />Trustee Ryan offers the following Resolution and moves its adoption,Trustee 11onteith seconds
<br />the motion,Liotion Carried,
<br />RESOLUTIO11T ORWRING THE VIQRX ITO.F.10.
<br />RESOLVED that whereas the Board of Trustees o f the Town of Redwood City did on the
<br />20th.day of August 91923,Pass its Resolution of Intention 11o.FvIO to order the hereinafter
<br />described work to be done and improvements made in said Tovm which Resolution 1Tc.F-I0 was
<br />duly and legally published as required by law,as ap7ears from affidavit of J.D,Hedge now
<br />on file in the office of the "Clerk of the Tovm of said Town. of Redwood City and
<br />,'MREAS notices of the passages of said Resolution of Intention ITo.F.IO headed"Notice
<br />of IMPROVT-22NT" were duly and legally posted along the line of said contemplated work and
<br />in front of all 'ProDerty liable to be assessed,therefore and upon all the streets,in the
<br />districts to be assessed therefore in time,for,manner, and number as required by law as
<br />appears from affidavit of C,L,Dimmitt Street Superintendent bf said Town, and now on file
<br />in the office o� the clerk of said Town of Redwood City; and
<br />MERMIS it apaears from the affidavit of said C.L.Dimmitt,Street Superintendent that
<br />the posting of said notices of improvement as aforesaid was completed on the 27th.day of
<br />Au,gust,1923. and;
<br />M7REAS at the time fixed in said Resolution of Intention Bo.F.10 and in the notices
<br />of the passages thereof so posted as aforesaid, when and where any and all persons having
<br />any objections to the proposed work and improvemeht described herein could appear before
<br />the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City and show cause why said proposed Sorin in
<br />and improve.,"ents shruld not be carried out in accordance vnkth the said Resolution of Inten-
<br />tion IJo.F-10 no person or p rsons appeared and no objections of any kind were made,a gainst
<br />said work and improvements, and said Board of Trustees now having acquired jurisdiction to
<br />order said work and improvements therefore be it
<br />RESOLVED %hat the public interest and convenience require the work and improvement
<br />herein described, and the Board o� Trustees of the Town of Redwood City,County of San 1-Tateo,
<br />State of California hereby orders the following work to be done and improve-ents to be made
<br />in said Town. of Redwood City,to-wit;
