<br />Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town. of Redwood City held.
<br />Upon roll call there were present Trustees; -President G.W.hicNulty,Carl X.Mabie,H.A.Beeger, i
<br />IaI.E.Ryan,City Clerk W.A.Price.
<br />IV4inutes of regular meeting held January 15th -1923 were read and on motion of Trustee
<br />Beeger,seconded by Trustee Ryan,same be approved as read,111otion Carried.
<br />Affidavit if Jas.D.gedge in the matter of PUBLISHING notice inviting sealed proposals
<br />for cast iron water pipe and tees was on motion of Trustee Idabie,seconded by Trustee Beeger,
<br />and carried same be received and filed.
<br />Moved by Tructee Ryan,seconded by Trustee Beeger and carried, the National Cast Iron
<br />Pipe Company being the lowest bidder,said contract be awarded to said Company, and the
<br />certified check of unsuccessful bidder be returned.
<br />Communication from the Pacific Telephone & Telegraph Company informing the Board, the pole
<br />on Winslow street would be removed at an early date,was on motion of Trustee Ryan,seconded
<br />by Trustee ilabie,same be received and filed,I.Iotion Carried.

<br />Application of George Hopkins for ap-pointment as landscape gardener for the City was on
<br />motion of Trustee Beeger,seconded by Trustee I'nabie,be received and filed, and to be brought

<br />up at next meeting,I,;otion Carried.
<br />Communication from Plant -Rubber- and Asbestos works in reference to the Harbor Roadway
<br />was on motion of Trustee R:;an,seconded by Trustee Beeger,same be received and filed,Idotion
<br />Carried.
<br />Comriunication from Richard J."elch in regards to right of way over back lines of his
<br />property for Pacific Gas & Electric Company's poles,was on motion of Trustee Ryan,secorL ed
<br />by Trustee Iviabie same be received and filed.
<br />Communication from F.W.Worthington,Supt.of Southern Pacific Company, informing the Board
<br />the interlocking plant would be put in working condition as soon as possible,same was receiv-
<br />ed and filed and on notion of Trustee $eeger,seconded by Trustee Mabie.
