U <br />0 <br />0 <br />Redwood City,January 2Ist,1924,7-30 o'olosk P,M, <br />Regular meeting of the Board of Town Trustees held. <br />Upon roll call there were present.Trastees;-President G.W.McNulty,C,g,Mabie,A,E,Monteith, <br />H,A.Beeger,M,E,Ryan,Olerk W,A,Price, <br />Minutes of regular meeting held January 7th,1924 were read and on motion of Trustee Mabie, <br />seconded by Trustee Beeger same be approved as read,Motion Oarried. <br />r <br />The report of the Board of Heklth on the Extermination of Argentine Ants was read ant <br />on motion of Trustee Beeger,seconded by Trustee Mabie and carried said report be laid <br />over until farther information from the Board of Health, <br />Application and petition of E,W,Magruder requesting the Board for permission to build <br />a hardware store on the northeast corner of Vera avenue and Clinton Street was °on motion <br />of Trustee Ryan,seoonded by Trustee Mabie and carried said permit be granted, <br />Moved by.Trustee 8pgger,seconded by Trustee Monteith and carried the-applioation of <br />Mr,Chase Littlejohn for a street light at the Corner of Rogersan% Warren Streets be <br />referred to City Electrician tp report back at next meeting, <br />Application of John Ferrari who having purchased the garbage business and equipment of. <br />L,Biolsi in this City for a permit to collect garbage within the City Limits was on <br />pyyp'Y motion of Trustee Mabie,seconded by Trustee Beeger and carried same be granted. <br />N' <br />Trustee Beeger offers Ordinance--NO,240-- An Ordinance amending an Ordinance Entitled <br />"Ordinance No,223" for Introduction Trustee Mabie seconds the motion, Motion carried, <br />Trustee Monteith offers Ordinance N6,241 An Ordinance creating and establishing a <br />I <br />City Planing Commission and fixing power and duties thereof,for Introduction Trustee R*an <br />t'. <br />seconds the motion,Motion Carried. <br />Moved by Trustee Mabie,seconded by Trustee Ryan we now adjourn.Motion garbed, <br />II <br />I!
