<br />Upon roll call there were present ,Trustees; -President G.W.IvlcNulty,C.K.Mabie,A.E.&Ionteith,
<br />H.A,Beeger,Ili.E.Ryan,Clerk W.A.Price.
<br />"-owed by Trustee Mabie,seconded by Trustee Beeger abd carried, the application and
<br />' Petition of F.A.Dustin for a permit to build a garage on his propjrty fronting on Hilton
<br />Street,same be granted.
<br />On motion of Trustee Beeger,seconded by Trustee Ryan and carried, the Chairman and Clerk
<br />be instructed and given the power to sign a quit claim deed for right of way for railroad.
<br />I1oved by Trustee Mabie,seconded by Trustee Monteith and carried, the Chairman be author-
<br />ized to send a night letter to Congressman Free at Washington D.C.covering the action of
<br />the Board for making a survey for the widening and deepening the Redwood Channel.

<br />Roved by Trustee Beeger/City Electrican Collins be instructed to install a street light
<br />on Walnut Street,half way between Bradford and Spring Streets.

<br />motion of Trustee Mabie,seconded by Trustee Beeger and carried same be granted.
<br />Report of City Recorder Mansfield for fines collected for the year 1923 was received
<br />on motion of Trustee Mabie,seconded by Trustee Ryan and carried.
<br />Communication from the Pacific Gas & Electric Company explaning the delay in installing
<br />certain street lights was on motion of Trustee Ryan,seeonded by Trustee Beeger and carried
<br />same be received and filed.
<br />Moved by Trustee Mabie,seconded by Trustee Ben -ger and carried the continuation of
<br />the hearing of the unpaid assessment of Jefferson Avenue improvement to Mareg IOth.1924,
