16 <br />Redwood City,Febraary 13th*I923v7-30 o'clock P.M. <br />Regular adjourned meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City held. <br />Upon roll call there were present Trustees,President G.W.MeNulty,Carl $.Mabie,H.A.Beeger, <br />M.E.Ryan,City Clerk W.A.Priee. <br />There being no objections the minutes of regular meeting held February 5th.1923 be <br />dispensed with. <br />Affidavit of Jas.D.HeAge in the matter of PUBLISHING RESOLUTION OF INTEITTIOIF NO.F=1 <br />and of Edward Dearborn in the ;►atter of posting of said RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO -F-1- was <br />on motion of Trustee Ryan,seoonded by Trustee Oeger and carried, same be received and <br />filed. <br />Trustee Beeger offers the following RESOLUTION and moves its adoption,Trustee Ryan <br />I( <br />seconds thw.motion,Motioni0arried. <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE WOR$ NO.F.I. <br />RESOLVED, that whereas theyBoard•of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City,did,on the 15th, <br />day of January,1923,pass and adopt its Resolution of Intention No.F.1, to order ther here- <br />inafter described work to ba done and improvements to be made in said Town,which.Reaolution <br />of Intention No.F.I,was duly and legally published as required by lew,as appears from.the <br />y <br />affidavit of Jas.D.Hedge not on file in the, office of the Clerk of said Town of Redwood City, <br />> M <br />and <br />WHEREAS,after tLhe passage -of said Resolution of Intention No.F.I• notices of the passage <br />thereof,headed;N.otice of Improvement". were duly and legally posted,in time,form.manner and <br />number as required by law;as appears from the'affidavit of Edward Dearborn,Street'Super- <br />intendent,of said Town of Redwood City ; and <br />Whereas,it appears to said Board of Trustees,from the affidvit, of said Edward Dearborn, <br />Street Superintendent,above mentioned•that.theposting of said notices ME impro4ement as. <br />aforesaid as completed on the 29th.day of January,1923; and <br />WHEREAS, .at tke time fixed in said Resolution of Intention Ho.F.I,and the notices of the <br />passage theregf,so posted as atoresaid,when and where any and all persons having any ob- <br />jections to the proposed work and improvements described in said Resolution of Intention <br />:do.F.I and the: said notices of the passage thereof,could appear before the Board of Trustees <br />of said Town of Redwood City and .show cause why said work and improvements should not be <br />carried out in:.accordance with said Resolution of Intention No.F.I,no person or persons <br />appearad and no protests of.any kind were made or received against said work and'improve- <br />!nents, and said Board of Trustees now having acwuired jurisdiction to order said work and <br />-improvements, <br />;[T IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF Trustees of the Town of Redwood City,that the public <br />interest -and convenience require the work and improvements herein described and said Board <br />of Trustees hereby orders the following work to be done and improvements to be made,in <br />Said Town of Redwood Cit y,to-wit; <br />I <br />7 <br />
