President G.W.McNulty--Q.K.Me'bie,$.E.Monteith, H.A.Beeger,M.E.Ryan,Clerk W.A.Price. Moved by Trustee Beeger,seoonded by Trustee Monteith and carried, the minutes of regular meeting held March 3rd.and regular adjourned meeting of March IOth.1924 same be approved as read. IOn motion of Trustee Monteith seconded by Trustee Ryan and carried,Trusttee Beeger be authorized to purchase a segregation ledger for handling the receipts and disbursements, - and de_ltver>to. `Gordan Rowe Company as sgon as possible. Application of the. Pacific 44g.& Electric Company for a parmit t4 set one- pole on Pine Street as per Blue Print r# 857-R also for a permit to, set one pole onrDiller.Street as per Blue Print 861-R.was on motion of Trustee Mabie,seconded by Trustee :Beeger and'oarried said permits be granted. Affidavit of Jas.D.Hedge in the matter of Publishing and the affidavit of C.L..Dimmitt, Supt.of Streets in the matter df Posting notice for improvement under Resolution No.G-I. (Sewers),was on motion of Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee Beeger and carried same be t received and filed. C 0 On motion of Trustee Ryan.seomnded by Trustee Mabie and carried, the Clerk be. authorized to purchase three Gamewell fire alarm boxes.ohe of which will be used near the New Sequoia High Sohool,the High School Trustees agreeing to pay the difference in the cost of the larger box, and the smaller one. RESOLUTION ORDERING THE WORK NO.G-I. RESOLPED,that whereas the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City,did on the 18th. of Febraary,1924 pass and adopt Resolution of Intention No.G-I, to order the hereinafter described work to be done and improvements to be made in said Town,which Resolution oof--� Intention No.G-I was duly and legally published as required by law,as appears from the \ affidavit of Jas.D.Hedge:,now on'file in the office of the Clerk of said Town; and WHEREAS,notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention No.G-I headed,"NOTICE OF IMPROVEMENT" were duly and legally posted along the line of said contemplated work and improvements, and in front of all the property liable to be assessed therefore,in time,form, manner and number as required by law,as appears from the affidavit of C.L.Dimmitt,Street Superintendent of said Townsend now on file in the office of said Clerk of said Town; and WHEREAS,it appears from the affidavit of said C.L.Dimmitt,herein above mentioned that the posting of said notices of improvements as set forth in said affidavit,was completed on the 3rd,day of March,1924; and WHEREAS, at the time .and place fixed in said Resolution of Intention No.G-I and in the notices of the passage thereof,so posted as aforesaid when and where any and all persons having ashy objections to the proposed work and improvements described therein,or to the proposed grades at which said work and improvements were to be done and made,00ulff appear V before the Board of Trustees of said Town of Redwood City and show cause why said work and improvements should not be carried out in accordance with said Resolution of Intention No G -I or why said work and improvements should not be carried out and done at the grades as shown on the plans and profiles now on file in the office of said Clerk of said Town, No person or persons appeared and no objection of any kind were made to said work and improvements or to the grades to which it is proposed to do and make said work and improve- ments, and said Board cg Trustees now having acquired jurdisdiction to order said work and 18J5,
