<br />Regular adjourned meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City held.
<br />Upon roll call there were present Trustees,President G.W.McNuity,Carl K.J4ebie,H.A.Beeger,
<br />M.E.Ryan,City Clerk IN.A.Price.
<br />There being no objections the minutes of regular meeting held February 5th.1923 be
<br />,disneased with.
<br />Affidavit of Jas.D.Hedge in the matter of PUBT13HING RESOLUTION OF INyT;TI :; NO.F-I
<br />and of Edward Dearborn in the matter of posting of said RESOLUTION OF IETT-;TION VO.F-I was
<br />on motion of Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee ,eeger and carried, same be received and
<br />!filed.
<br />Trustee Seeger offers the following RESO.,UTION and moves its adoption,Trustee Ryan
<br />seoonds the motion,Motion Carried.
<br />RESOLUTION ORDBRING THE WORK NO.F.I.
<br />RESOLVED, that whereas the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City,did,on the 13th.
<br />day of January,1923,pass and adopt its Resolution of Intention No.F.I, to order ther here-
<br />inafter described work to be done and improvements to be made in said Town,which Resolution
<br />of Intention No.F.I,was duly and legally published as required by law,as appears from the
<br />affidavit of Jas.D.Hedge now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town of Redwood City;
<br />and
<br />WH-REAS,after the pa6sage of said Resolution of Intention No.F.I* notices of the passage
<br />thereof,headed;`Notice of Improvement",were duly and legally posted,in time,form,manner a..d
<br />number as required by law,as appears from the affidavit of Edl-rard Dearborn, Street Super-
<br />intendent,of said Town of Redwood City ; and
<br />Whereas,it appears to said Board of Trustees,from the affidvit of said Edward Dearborn,
<br />Street Superintendent,above mentioned that the posting of said notices of improvement as
<br />aforesaid as completed on the 29th.day of January,1923; and
<br />WHEREAS, at the time fixed in said Resolution of Intention ido.F.I,and the notices of the
<br />passage thereof,so posted as aforesaid,when and where any and all persons having any ob-
<br />jections to the proposed work and improvements described in said Resolution of Intention
<br />No.F.I and the said notices of the passage thereof,could ap,�ear before the Board of Trustees
<br />,of said Town of Redwood City and show cause why said work and improvements should not be
<br />,caxried out in accordance with said Resolution of Intention No.F.I,no person or persons
<br />appeared and no protests of any kind were made or received against said work and improve -
<br />lents, and said Board of Trustees now having acsvuired jurisdiction to order said work and
<br />improvements,
<br />IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF Trustees of the To -.,,m of Redwood City,that the public
<br />interest and convenience require the work and improve-ents herein described and said Board
<br />of Trustees hereby orders the following work to be done and improvements to be made,in
<br />said Town of Redwood City,to-wit;
