<br />Upon roll call there were present Trustees; -President H.A.Beeger,C.K.Iuiabie,A.E.IJlonteith,
<br />G.W.IVicNulty,M.E.Ryan,,'Clerk E.A.Price.
<br />Minutes of regular meeting held September 2nd.1924 were read and on motion of Trustee
<br />-� NIcNulty,seconded by Trustee Monteith and carried said minutes be approved as read.
<br />On motion of Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee McNulty, theb.73lectric Inspector be instruct
<br />ed to allow Tdr.A.Pudsey to go ahead with his contract.Motion Carried.
<br />On motion of Trustee Mabie,seconded by Trustee McNulty and carried the following dance
<br />permits be granted to-wit;-
<br />S.Weissman in Forester's Hall Saturday evening September 27th.1924 until one o'clock.
<br />Redwood City Liberty Club in I.O.O.F.Saturday - until one olcoock.
<br />Application of Harry Perrin 430 Arch Street,Redwood City for an Electrical Contractor
<br />license was on motion of Trustee Ryah.seconded by Trustee IulcNulty said license be granted.
<br />Motion Cae^ried.
<br />Communication from League of California Municipalities notifing the Board of the annual
<br />Convention of the League to be held at Hotel Del Monte October 6th. to October IOth.1924,
<br />was on motion of Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee McNulty same be received and filed,
<br />Motion Carried,
<br />ILoved by Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee Monteith and carried,Health Officer Drathman,
<br />City Attorney Mansfield and City Engineer Dimmitt represent the City at the League
<br />Convention to be held at Hotel Del Monte on October 6th.to October IOth.1924.
<br />Trustee McNultynoffers the following Ordinance No.247 and moves its adoption,Trustee

<br />. SECTION 1. It is hereby declarod Un -
<br />,lawful for any person, persons, brm,
<br />:company or corporation w1w make or
<br />create any sawdust or ,phavings in the
<br />Town of Redwood City, oto permit or
<br />Billow such sawdust or shavings to bd
<br />deposited or blown upon any private
<br />property except that upon which suck
<br />sawdust or shavings IsLcreated, or upon
<br />4he streets of the Town of Redwood
<br />City, and such sawdust and shavings
<br />shall .be impounded upon ills premises
<br />where papie.ip created in such manner
<br />ds to prevent the same from being
<br />blown therefrom,
