<br />--------------------------An Ordinance regulating -the handling
<br />and control of sawdust and shavings An
<br />.the Town of Redwood City.
<br />The Board of Trustees of the Town of
<br />Redwood City do ordain as follows, to -
<br />wit:
<br />SECTION 1. It is hereby declared un-
<br />lawful for any person, persons, firm,
<br />company or corporation who make or
<br />create any sawdust or shavings In the
<br />Town of Redwood City, to permit or
<br />allow such sawdust or shavings to be
<br />deposited or blown upon any private
<br />property except that upon which such
<br />sawdust or shavings Is created, or, upon
<br />-the streets of the Town of Redwood
<br />City, and such sawdust and shavings
<br />shall be impounded upon the premises
<br />where same is created in such manner
<br />as to prevent the same from being
<br />blown therefrom.
<br />STICTION I'. Any person, persons,
<br />firm, company, or corporation violating
<br />any of the provisions of this Ordinance
<br />shall be deemed guilty of a misdomcai,-
<br />or and upon conviction theroof shall be
<br />punished by a fine not exceeding one -
<br />hundred ($100.00) dollars or by Impels-
<br />onment in the County Jall, County of
<br />San'Iateo. State of California, not ex-
<br />ceeding 00 days or by both such line
<br />and Imprisonment.
<br />SECTION 3. All Ordinances or parts
<br />of ordinances in conict with this Ord -
<br />or ordinances in conflict with this Ord-
<br />inance are hereby repealed.
<br />SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be
<br />published once in the Redwood City
<br />Standard, it weekly newspaper of gen-
<br />eral circulation, publisher], printed and
<br />circulated in Haid Town of Redwood City,
<br />,and shall take effect and be enforce
<br />from and after 30 days after Its pass=
<br />age,.
<br />introduced this 2nd day of September,
<br />1424.
<br />Passed and adopted as an ordinance
<br />of the Town of Redwood City by the
<br />Board of Trustees of said Town at a
<br />regular meeting; of said 'Board held on
<br />the 15th day of September, 1024, by the
<br />following vote:
<br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of
<br />the foregoing Ordinance. Trustees, C. Ii.
