i jik i Be it fftrther resolved that the rate of taxes upon each $ I00 of the assessed valuation of the property within the Town of Redwood City for the current year 1924-2925 for the maintenance of the public library of said Town of Redwood City is hereby fined at eight (8) cents and five (5) mills; and Be it further resolved that the rate of taxes upon each yp I00 of the assessed valuation of the property within the Town of Redwood City for the current year 1924-1925 for the maintenance of the Planning Commission of the Town of Redwood City is hereby fixed at three (3) cents; and Be it further resolved that the rate of taxes upon each $ I00 of the assessed valuation of the property within the Town of Redwood City for the current year 1924-1925 for the payment of the purchase of property by the Town in Assessment District No.F-7 under the Bond Act of,1915 of the State of Califbrnia is hereby fixed at ten (10) cents; and Be it further resolved that the rate of taxes upon each $ I00 of the assessed valuation of the property d✓ithin the Town of Redwood City for the current year 1924-1925 for the payment of the purchase of property by the Town in Assessment District No.F-8 under the bond Act of 1915 of the State of California is hereby fixed at ten(IO) cents; and Be it further resolved that the rate of taxes upon each v 100 of the assessed valuation of the property within the Town of Redwood City for the current year 1924=I925(as said Town existed prior to the 28th.day of May,1903, the date when additional territory,; was annexed thereto),for the payment of the water works bonds of said Town becoming payable during sai.d year together with the interest thereon is hereby fixed at two(2) cents; and Be it further resolved that the rate of taxes upon each $ I00 of the assessed valuation of the property within the Town of Redwood City for the current year 1924-1925(as said Town existed prior to the 28th.day of May,1903, when date when additional territory was annexed thereto) for the payment of the electric light bonds of said Town becoming payable during said year together with the interest thereon is hereby fined at one(I) cent; and Be it "resolved that the total Ovate of taxes upon each 1 100 of the assessed valuation of the property within said Town of Redwood City, (as said Tovm existed prior to the, 28th.day Of May,1903,the date when additional territory was annexed thereto) for the current year 1924-1925 for all purposes Is hereby fixed and established at one(I) dollar and seventy eight(78)• cents and five(5) mills; and Bo it further resolved that the total rate of taxes upon each $ I00 of the assessed valuation of the property annexed to the Town of Redwood City on the 28th.day of May -,1903, for the current year 1924-1925 for allpurposes is hereby fixed and established at one(I) dollar and seventy-five("75) cents and five(5) mills, Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at a regular i ,meeting of said Board held on the 15th.day of September,1924 by the following vote; Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution,Trustees.
