<br />said streets above described be graded,
<br />.and pawed with a five (5) inch cement
<br />lconerele Pavement upon a three (J) Inch
<br />base or cushion of broken stone.
<br />That cement concrete curbs he con-
<br />structed along both sides of all the
<br />hereinbefore, mentioned and described
<br />streets with the exception of Hilton
<br />Street between the castnrly property'
<br />lite of Walnut Street and the, north-
<br />westerly property line of Maple Street,
<br />and Maple Street between the north-
<br />easterly line DV141ton Street and fhe
<br />southwesterly Property," line of Spring
<br />Street, the curbs being now, fn place up-
<br />on said streets. Said concrete curbs to
<br />ue constructed :as above set forth to be
<br />s1% (6) Inches across the top, six (s)
<br />inches front the top of�curb to gutter
<br />line and eleven (11) inches deep, and
<br />said cement concrete curbs shall be con-
<br />structed and made at the same time and
<br />as a part of the pavement of said streets,
<br />so that there shall be no joint between�
<br />the concrete Pavement and the concrete
<br />curb. Sold cement concrete curbs shall'
<br />be constructed upon the corners of :Al
<br />intersections and terminations of Bald;
<br />streets within the lines described here -i

<br />The width of the streets above des-
<br />cribed and of the roadways of said
<br />streets and the width of the sidewalks
<br />of said streets nrs to 'be and are as
<br />shown on the plans profiles and, speci-
<br />fications hereinafter referred to herein.
<br />That the official elevations for street'
<br />grades of said streets and avenues and
<br />portions thereof, crown grades, curb
<br />grades and grade elevations for tap of,
<br />gutters be changed and grades different
<br />from those established or adopted prior,
<br />to the adoption by the Board of Trus-
<br />tees of the Plans, profiles and specifica-
<br />tions hereinafter referred to herein
<br />shall he adopted, and such official and
<br />different and prior grades shall be modi-
<br />fied, and are hereby modified and chang-
<br />ed, so that the official grades shall be
<br />acid conform to the Plans, profiles and
<br />specifications for said work and hit-
<br />provemoute which plans, Profiles and
<br />spcelfictations were heretofore adoptod
<br />by the Board of Trustees oil the 15th
<br />day of September, 1924 by "RESOLA-
<br />'TION ADOPTING PLASS AND SPE:CI-
<br />RICATIONS NO. G-7;' which plans,
<br />profiles and specifications are now oil
<br />pilo In the otlice of the Clerk of the
<br />Town of Redwood City.
<br />All the work and'Improvements here-
<br />in described shall be done and made to
<br />such new official grades as shown on the
<br />plans, profiles and specifications here-
<br />inbefore mentioned to which plans, pro-
<br />files and specifications reference is
<br />hereby made for a description of the
<br />grades at Which said work is to be done
<br />and madr.,; and all the aforementioned
<br />worn and improvements are to be done
<br />and [nada In accordance with the said
<br />Plans, Profiles and specifications here-
<br />inabove mentioned, which plans, pro-
<br />files and specifleations are on file in the
<br />office of the Clerk of said Town and to
<br />which plans, profiles and specifications
<br />ruference is hereby made for an accur-
<br />ate, detailed and complete description
<br />of said work and intpruvemunts and the
<br />satire are made it, Part of this Resolution
<br />of intention.
<br />Notice is hereby given that serial
<br />bonds to represent unpaid assessments
<br />and boar interest at the rate of seven
<br />(7%) pct annum will be Issuedthereun-
<br />der in the manner provided by -the Im-
<br />provement Bond Act of 1915, the, last In-
<br />stallment of which bonds shall mature
<br />and bo payable nine (9) years from the
<br />2nd day of July nest succeeding ten (101
<br />months front their date.
<br />Except its he[minabove otheiw•Ise pro-
<br />dided for the Issuance of said serial
<br />'bonds all the herein proposed work and
<br />Improvements shall be done In conform-
<br />ity with and In Pursuance of an Act of
<br />the Legislature of the State of Ctdifor-
<br />nia, entitled, "Improvement Act of
<br />1911;' approved April 7th, 1011, and
<br />Acts amendatory thereof.
