<br />On motion of Trustee Monteith, seconded by Trustee McNulty, the chief of Police be

<br />instructed to purchase the necessary parking signs for the restricted district in accordance
<br />with Ordinance No 166, also some School signs. Motion Carried#
<br />moved by Trustee I14onteith, seconded by Trustee Ryan, the Board hold an informal meeting
<br />with the property owners along the Highway on Monday evening Oct 13th,1924.,to take up the
<br />shoulders proposition. Motion Carried.
<br />Moved by Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee Ryan, the Redwood City Electric sign at
<br />Broadway and Winslow Street be removed, Motion Carried.
<br />Trustee Mabie offers the following Resolution and moves its adoption, Trustee McNulty
<br />seconds the motion, Motion carried,
<br />Resolution Ordering Plans and Specification, No. G-8.
<br />RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees -of the Town of Redwood City, County of San Mateo,
<br />State of California, that the City Engineer, be and he is hereby ordered to prepare plans,
<br />profiles, specifications and estimates for doing the following work and making the following
<br />improvements in said Town. of Redwood City, to -wit:
<br />. IThat Adams Street �Ketw ee n' the
<br />northwesterly line of Jefferson Avenue
<br />and the southeasterly line of Harrison
<br />Avenue; also that Clinton Street be-
<br />tween the northwesterly line of Jeffer-
<br />son Avenue and tho,sout(heasterly line
<br />of .Harrison Avenue; and also that the
<br />southeasterly, half of Harrieon•Avenue,
<br />from the center line ,thereof to the
<br />southeasterly 'line thereof, and from'
<br />the ngrtheasterly line of. Cleveland
<br />Street to the northeasterly, line of
<br />Adams Street, including'all the 'Inter-
<br />sections and terminations of said sev-
<br />eral streets =wlthln the lines herein-
<br />above mentioned, be, Improved as „fol-
<br />lows, to-wltt
<br />Than, the roadwaya and portions of
<br />'roadways of said streets and avenues
<br />above described be graded and paved
<br />with a five. (6) inch cement 'concrete',
