<br />roadways or said streets and avenues
<br />above describer) be graded and paved
<br />with a live (5) inch cement concrete
<br />pavement upon a throe (3) inch base
<br />or cushion of broken stone.
<br />That cement concrete curbs be cur-
<br />structed along both sides of Adirmrs
<br />Street and Clinton .Street hereinbefore
<br />fnentioned and described; and along the
<br />southeasterly side of Harrison Avenue
<br />hereinabove described; said concrete,
<br />curbs to be six (G) inches across the
<br />top, six (G) inches from top of curb to,
<br />gutter line and eleven flx) inches deep,
<br />and said cement concrete curbs shall
<br />Ile constructed and mado at the sama
<br />temp and as It part of the pavement or,
<br />said streets $u that there will be no
<br />joint between the concrete street and
<br />the concrete curb; Bald cement concrete _
<br />curbs shall be constructed upon the
<br />corners of all intersections and term-
<br />Inations of said streets, avenues and
<br />alleys within the lines described here.

<br />Said coment concrete curbs upon said
<br />above described streets, avenues and
<br />alleys and upon the corners of the in-
<br />tersecting and terminating streets, av-
<br />enues and alleys above described are to
<br />be located and constructed as described
<br />and shown oil the pians, profiles and
<br />specifications hereinafter referred to
<br />herein.
<br />The width of the streets, avenues and
<br />alleys above described and of the road-
<br />ways of said streets, avenues and al-
<br />leys and the width of the sidewalks
<br />of said streets, avenues and alleys are
<br />to be and are as shown on the plans.

<br />referred to herein.
<br />That the official elevations 'for the
<br />street grades of ,said streets, avenues,
<br />and alleys and portions thereof, crown
<br />grades.'eurb grades and grade eleva-
<br />tions for top of gutters be changed
<br />and grades different from those estab-
<br />lished or adopted,prior to the adoption,
<br />by the Board of Trustees of the Torun
<br />of Redwood City, of the plans, profiles
<br />and specifications' hereinafter referred
<br />to herein shall be adopted, and such of-
<br />ficial and different and 'prior grades
<br />shall be modified• and are hereby modl-
<br />tied and changed, so that the official
<br />grades shall be and conform to the
<br />plans, profiles and specifications for
<br />said work and improvements which
<br />plans, profiles and specifications were
<br />heretofore adapted by the Board of
<br />Trustees on the 'Gth day of October,
<br />1924, by "RESOLUTION ADOPTING
<br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS No.
<br />G-3;' which plans, profiles and specl-
<br />fieations are now on file in the office
<br />of the Clerk of the Town of Redwood
<br />City.
<br />All the work and Improvements
<br />herein described shall be done and
<br />made to such new, official grades as
<br />shown on the plans, profiles and specl-
<br />fications hereinbefore mentioned to
<br />which plans, profiles and speeidea-
<br />tions reference is hereby matte for a
<br />description of the grades at which said
<br />work Is to be done and made; and all
<br />the aforementioned work and Improve-
<br />ments are to be done and made In lie-
<br />cordance with the said -plans, profiles
<br />and speciileations hereinabove men-
<br />tioned, which plans, profiles and spee€-
<br />fications are un file in the. office of,th0.
<br />Clerk of the Town of Redwood City,.and
<br />Ito which plans, profiles and -specifica-
<br />tions reference is hereby made for an ac-
<br />curate, detailed and complete descrip-
<br />tion of Bald work and improvements
<br />-and the same are made a part of this
<br />Resolution of Intention.
<br />Notice Is hereby given that serial
<br />bonds to represent unpaid assessments
<br />and bear Interest at the ,rate of seven
<br />(7%„) per cent per annum will be issued
<br />heNunder in the manner provided by
<br />the Improvement' Bond Act of 1915,
<br />the last Installment of which bonds shall
<br />mature and be payable nine (9) years
<br />from tho 2nd day of duly next succeed-,
<br />Ing ten (101 months'from, their date.
<br />Except as hereinabove otherwise pro-
<br />'vldod for the issuance of said serial
<br />bunds all,the herein proposed work and
<br />Improvements shall be done in confer-'
<br />city with and In pursuance of an Act
<br />of the Legislature of the State of Cal-
<br />ifornia, entitled, "Improvement Act
<br />of 1911;' and approved April Tth, 19,11,
<br />and Acts amendatory 'thereof.

<br />notices of the passage of this Resolu-
<br />tion of Intention No. 0-8 to be cpn-
<br />splevously posted along the lfne of
<br />said contemplated work and improve-
<br />ments and in front of all property liable
<br />to be assessed therefore in time, form,
<br />manner and number us required by law.
