<br />Upon roll call there were present Trustees; -President H.A.Beeger,C.?z.I!Iabie,a.E.l,'_onteith,

<br />RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City that
<br />A. Hess & Co. be and they are hereby granted a permit for a spur track
<br />from the Southern Pacific Railroad Company right of way across lots
<br />1 and 6 Block 7 Diller#s Addition to Redwood City and across Monroe
<br />avenue and through lots 6,7,8,9 and 10 in Block 6 Dillerts Addition to
<br />Redwood City and across Franklin street and through Blobks 14 and 15
<br />Diller's Addition to Redwood City.
