Minutes of meetings held December Ist.and December 8th.1924 were read and on motion of Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee McNulty and carried same be approved as read. i Moved by Trustee McNulty,seconded by Trustee Monteith and carried, the hearing on Duane Street Extension be continued to next•Monday December 22hd.at 7-30 o',elock P.M. i A petition presented by property owners for the improvement of Roosevelt Avenue was on motion of Trustee Matie,seconded by Trustee Monteith and carried same be received and fil, and referred to City Attorney and City Engineer to check up the frontage and repott back i on same. IMoved by Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee McNulty and carried, the property owners along Roosevelt Avenue be notified at attend a meeting of the Board in regards to the, improving of said avenue,Honday December 22nd.1924 at 7-30 o'clock P.M. Affidavit of Jas.D.Hedge in the matter of Publishing notice of attension. of Oakdale Street;also affidavit of O.L.Dimmitt ,Supt.of Streets in the matter of Posting, notices under Resolution of Intention Ho.G-9 and affidavit of W.A.Price City Clvrk in the matter j of notifing the property owners ,date set for hearing was on motion of Trustee McNulty, U seconded by Trustee Ryan and carried said affidavits be received and filed.Motion Carried. Communication from the Pacific Gas & Electric Company of the discontinuing the gas whistle was- on motioh of Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee Monteith and carried same. be referred to the Chief of Police to report back at next meeting, On motion of Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee'Mabie and carried, the City donate the sum Of Fifty(050-00) Dollars to the San Mateo Assn.for Prevention of Tuberculosis ,for Christ- mas seals. Moved by Trustee Mabie,seconded by Trustee McNulty and carried, the check in the amount of 0 150.00 from the Pacific Silicate Company paying their share of building sewer be received and filed and the clerk acknowledge same. Moved by Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee IJicNulty and carried the City Donate the sum of 25 .00 towards the public Christmas Tree. Affidavit of Jas.D.Hedge in the matter of Publishing notice under Resolution of Intenti No.G-IO(Hudson Street Sewer) was on motion of Trustee McNulty,secondeVby Trustee Mabie same be received and filed. On motion of Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee McNulty,hearing on Resolution of Intention No.G-IO(Hudson and other streets sewers) be set for December 22nd.1924 at 7-30 o'clock P.M.Motion Carried. Moved by Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee McNulty, the Clerk write the two Bus Companies to have a representive to appear before -the Board at neat meeting to take up the mutter of having txieir 'busses stop here.I.Iotion Carried. On motion of Trustee McIlulty,seconded by Trustee Ryan and carried, the City Attorney and City Engineer be authorized to purchase from Leonard �4'golt, the following lots ad• the City Reservoir to wit;portion of Lot I -Block 23, and Lot 9 of Lot 4,of the resub of Lot 4 -and 5 Block 23 of Oak Knoll Manor. i Motion of Yrustee McNulty,seconded by Trustee Ryan and carried the Supt.of Streets be instructed 'to find out the cost of putting the drinking fountain on Broddway in a sanitary condition.
