<br />Board of Trustees when and where any and all persons having any objections to the proposed
<br />work and improvements described in said Resolution of Intention No.G-IItor to the proposed
<br />grades at which said work is to be done and made could appear before said Board of Trustees
<br />and show cause why said proposed work and improvements should not be carried out in accord-
<br />ance with said Resolution of Intention No.G-II,or why said work and Improvements should not
<br />be carried out and done at the grades shown on the plans,profiles and specifications hereto-
<br />fore adopted by the Board of Trustees for doing said work -and making said improvements and
<br />now on file in the office of 'the Clerk of said Town of Redwood City; and
<br />WHEREAS,at the day,hour and place fixed in said Resolution of Intention No.G-II and in
<br />the notices of the passage thereof so posted as aforesaid when any and all persons could
<br />appear before said Board of Trustees and show cause why said proposed work and improvements
<br />should not be carried out in accordance with said Resolution of Inte.,tion No.G-II or why
<br />dim
<br />said proposed work and improvements should not be carried out and done at the grades as
<br />shown on the plans and specifications heretofore adopted by the Board of Trustees for doing
<br />said work and making said improvements,no person or persons appeared and no objections of
<br />any kind were made against said proposed work and improvements described in said Resolution
<br />of Intention No.G-II,or to the proposed grades at whilch said work and improvements are to
<br />be done and made, and said Board of Trustees now having acquired jurisdiction to proceed and
<br />order said work and improvements;
<br />THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the public interest and convenience require the work and
<br />improvements herein described,and the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City hereby
