<br />WHEREAS,said Street Superintendent caused a notice similar in substance U be published
<br />for a period of dour ( 4) successive insertions in the Redwood City Standard,a weekly news-
<br />paper,printed and circulated in said Town of Redwood City,(there being no daily or semi
<br />weekly newspaper published and circulated therein),'as appears from the affidavit of J.D.
<br />Hedge,now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town; and
<br />WHEREAS,within the time required by law,when all persons interested and onjecting to said
<br />work and improvements and to the extent of the lands and districts to be affected and bene-
<br />fited and liable to be assessed therefore,could make written objections thereto,certain I
<br />persons interested and objecting to said work and improvements and the extent of the lands
<br />and districts to be affected and benefited by said improvements and liable to be assessed
<br />therefore,made written objections thereto,which•objections were filed in the office of the
<br />Clerk of the Town of Redwood City,on the day of November,1924; and
<br />n WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City,did at its next regular meet-
<br />ing after the expiration of IO days from the publication of said notices,set said objections
<br />for hearing upon the 15th.day of December,1924,at the hour of 7-30 o'clock P-1,1,;and
<br />WHEREAS, the Clerk of the Town of Redwood City did thereupon notify the persons making
<br />such objections by depositing a notice thereof,in the United States POST OFFICE,with postage
<br />prepaid,addresses to such objectors,as appears from the affidavit of said W.A.Price,s&&d
<br />Elerk,now on file in his office; and
<br />WHEREAS,at the time fixed for hearing said objections, the Board of Trustees of the Town
<br />of Redwood City,proceeded to and did hear all of said objections to the hereinbefore de-
<br />scribed work and improvements,and did fully consider the same.
<br />Now therefore,be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of said Town of Redwood City,that
<br />all of said objections to the proposed work and improvements described in said Resolution "
<br />of Intention No.G-9,which Resolution is now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town
<br />of Redwood City,and which are described herein,be and the same are hereby overruled.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at the hour of
<br />9-25 o'clock P.M.at a regular adjourned meeting of ,said Board held on the 22nd.day of
<br />Dgcember,1924,by the following vote;
<br />Ayes and in gavor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution,Trustees,
<br />C.X.Mabie,A.B.Monteith,G.W.1deNuity,M.B.Ryan,H.A.Beeger.
