<br />Upon roll call there were present Trustees;- Carl K.IYlabie,H.A.Beeger,Iui.E.Ryan,Clerk W.A.Price.

<br />On account of absence of Chairman I;IclTulty,Trustee H.A.Beeger was appointed President pro-
<br />tem,on motion of Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee Idabie and carried.
<br />Mlinutes of regular meeting held February 5th. and regular adjourned meeting held Feb.l3th.!

<br />Application of the 4( Hommes and 8 Chaveaux for permission_ to conduct a dance in j
<br />Forester's Hall on Saturday night March 17th.1923, from 8 o'clock to 3 o'clock,was on
<br />motion of Trustee Rlabie,seconded by Trustee Ryan,same be granted. Motion Carried.

<br />INt: THE PLACING, INSTALLING,
<br />OPERATING AND REMOVING OF {
<br />RLECTRICAL WIRES AND ELEC-
<br />THWAL APPARATUS IN THE TOWN
<br />OF REDWOOD CITY, COUNTY OF
<br />SAN MATEO. STATE OF CALIFOR-
<br />NIA.
<br />The Board of Trustees of the Town of t
<br />Redwood City, do ordain as follows, to -
<br />wit:
<br />Sectlon 1. Section 1 of an ordinance
<br />-.f the Town of Redwood City, entitled, a
<br />"Ordinance No. 210, An Ordniance reg-
<br />ulating the Placing, Installing, oper-
<br />ating and removing of Electrical wires
<br />and Electrical Apparatus in the Town
<br />of Redwood City, County of San Ma-
<br />teo, State of California," passed and
<br />adopted by the Board of Trustees of
<br />said Town of Redwood City on the 17th
<br />day of October, 1021, Is hereby amend-
<br />ed to read as follows, to -wit:
<br />Sestion 1. Every person, firm or
<br />corporation engaged In the business of
<br />placing, Installing, operating or remov.
<br />Ing, or who places, installs operates or I
<br />removes, electrical wires, appliances or l
<br />apparatus in or on any building or `
<br />structure In theTown of Redwood City
<br />shall appear In Person, or by a duly
<br />authorized representative, at the office
<br />Of the Clerk of the Town of Redwood
<br />City. and shall there register his name,
<br />r�sldolce and place of business, which
<br />net shalt entitle him to a certificate of
<br />registration: provided, however, that h
<br />ao certificate of registration shall be
<br />-ranted for a period of time of more
<br />than one fiscal year or the unexpired
<br />portion thereof; and provided, further
<br />that no certificate of registration shall
<br />he issued until the Payment of a year-
<br />ly license of twenty -live ($20.00) dol-
<br />lars shall have been made to the said
<br />t`lerh, which license fee shall be for the
<br />period of time for which the certificate
<br />of registration Is granted. The term
<br />eovered by the ~cords "flscnl ,veal" as
<br />used herein shall extend from July the
<br />dri;t of one year to the following June.

<br />Section 2. This ordinance shall bo
<br />published once in the Redwood City
<br />Standard, it weekly newspaper, Pub -
<br />fished, Printed and circulated In said
<br />Town of Redwood City and shall take
<br />effect from and after 30 days after Its
