<br />improvements and in front of all the property liable to be assessed therefore,in time,from,
<br />manner,and number as required by law,as appears from the affidavit of C.L.Dimmitt,Superint-
<br />endent of Streets of the Town of Redwood City,now on file in the office of the Clerk of said
<br />Town; and
<br />WHEREAS,said Superintendent caused to be duly and regularly published as required by law,
<br />notice of the passage of said Resolution as appears from the affidavit of J.D.Hedge,now on
<br />file in the office of the Clerk of said Town; and
<br />IVREREAS,within the time prottided by law,when all persons interested and onjecting to said
<br />work and improvements or to the extent of the lands and districts to be affected and bene-
<br />fited by said work and improvements,could make written protests against said work and im
<br />provements or against the extent of the lands --nd district,certain persons made written
<br />objections theEeto,which written objections were filed in the office of the Clerk of said
<br />Town on the day of November,1924; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, set and fixed a hearing of
<br />said protests as required by law and at the time of said hearing,said Board proceeded to
<br />and did hear and consider said protests, and thereupon did duly and regularit pass and adopt
<br />a Resolution overruling said protest,which Resolution was adopted by said Board of Trustees
<br />at the hour of o'clock P.M. on the 15th.day of December.192..,and said B(a rd of Trustees
<br />now having acquired jurisdiction to proceed and order said work and improvement.
