<br />Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees held.
<br />Upon roll call there were present, Trustees Pres H,A,Beeger,Q,K,Mabie,A,E,Monteith
<br />G,W.MoNulty,M.E.Ryan, City Clerk W.A,Priee.
<br />Minutes of meetings held Dee 15th, and Dee 22nd, 1924, were read and on motion of Trustee
<br />MaNulty, seconded by Trustee A.E,Monteith said minutes be approved as read,Motion carried.
<br />Affidavit of Jas D. Hedge in the matter of Publishing notice calling"for sealed bids for
<br />a car load of ;cast iron water pipe, was on motion of Trustee McNulty seconded by Trustee
<br />Monteith same be received and filed. Motion carried.
<br />The following bids were received for east iron water pipe, publicly opened,examined and
<br />declared to -wit:

<br />Moved by Trustee Monteith, seconded by Trustee McNulty, the American Cast Iron Pipe Co
<br />being the lowest bidder they be awarded the contract,in the amount of their bid ($2577.701)
<br />and all certified checks be returned to the unsuccessful bidders.Motion carried*
<br />A petition was presented to the Board by a large number of residents of Vera Avenue and
<br />vicinity, complaining of a high board fence surrounding the lumber yard of E.W.Pdagruder,
<br />after listening to several of the signers of the petition, it was on motion of Trustee
<br />Ryan, seconded by Trustee McNulty, said petition be received and filed.Motion carried.
<br />Thereupon Pres Beeger appointed the following Committee, Monteith,Mabie, and McNulty, tO
<br />investage the matter and report back at next meeting. Motion carried.
<br />The following application was presented to the Board, and on motion of Trustee Ryan,
<br />seconded by Trustee Mabie, the said application be granted, Motion carried.
<br />To the Honarable Board of Trustees,
<br />of the Town of Redwood City.
<br />Gentlemen:
<br />We, the undersigned hereby make application for permission to construct upon
<br />our property, Blocks 14 and 15 in Diller's Addition to the Town of Redwood City, sand and
<br />gravel bunkers for building material. We contemplate the construction of a spur track under'
<br />our permit and expect to locate these bunkers near Franklin Street and about(aftd7hundred
<br />(100) feet from Maple Street.

<br />There will be no rock crusher connected with these bunkers in any/they simply
<br />being suitable bunkers for the handling of building material.

<br />Application of R.C.Holmquist Jr, for a Master Plumbers license, was on motion of Trustee
<br />Monteith, seconded by Trustee Mabie, said license be granted. Motion carried.
<br />Application of L,H.Cook, of Palo Alto, for an Electrical license, was on motion of Trustea
<br />Mabie, seconded By Trustee Monteith said license be granted subject to the filing of his
<br />bonde.Motion carried.
<br />Moved by Trustee Mabie, seconded by Trustee Ryan, and carried the following dance permits
<br />were granted, to -wit:
