<br />Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees held.
<br />Upon roll call there were present Trustees,President H.A,geeger,C.g,Mabie,A.E,Monteith,
<br />G.W.McNulty,M.E.Ryan,City Clerk W'.A.Price.
<br />Minutes'of January 5th.1925 were read and on motion of Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trusta,e
<br />Moonteith same be approved as read,Motion Carried.
<br />A Supplementary petition was presented to the Board by Attorney A.J.Stebenne in behalf of
<br />property owners in the vicinity of Clinton Street and Vera Avenue in the matter of a certain
<br />lumber yard belonging to E.W.Magruder,on motion of Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee McNulty,
<br />said petition be,received and file.d.Motion Carried.
<br />After hearing arguments from both sides,it was on motion of Trustee Ryan,secogded by
<br />Trustee McNulty and carried, the entire matter be laid over until next regular meeting
<br />February 2nd.1925 at 7-30 O'clock P.M.
<br />Moved by Trustee McNulty,seconded by Trustee Monteith and carried, the Board purchase.
<br />the electric warning sign and place it at Broadway and Highlway,provided permission be
<br />given the Board by the County Board of Supervisors.•
<br />Affidavit of Jas.D.Hedge in the matter, of Publishing notice calling for sealed bids
<br />under Resolution of Intention No.G-IO(Hudson and Grand. Streets sewer) and affidavit.of
<br />W.A.Price,City Clerk in.matter of posting near Council Chamber door was on motion.,,of Trustee
<br />McNulty, seconded by Trustee Monteith and carried same be received and filed.
