<br />I Notige is hereby given that sertaf
<br />bonds to- represent unpahY assessments
<br />and bear interest at file rate of seven
<br />(7%n) Per cent Por annum will be issued
<br />hereunder in fife manner provided by
<br />the improvement Bond Act of 1,415, the
<br />last installment of which bonds shag ,
<br />mature and be payable 9 years from
<br />the 2211d day of July nest succeeding ten
<br />(10) months from their date.
<br />Except as heretnabove otherwise pro-
<br />vided for the Issuance of said serial
<br />bonds all the herein proposed work and
<br />improvements shall be done in confor-
<br />mity with and In pursuance of an.Act
<br />of the Legislature of the State of Cali-
<br />fornia, entitled •'Improvement Act off
<br />1911;' approved April 7th, 1911, and acts
<br />amendatory thereof.
<br />The Town Clerk of the Town of Red-
<br />wood City-, shall cause this Resolution
<br />of Intention to be published by two
<br />(2)successive insertions in the Red-
<br />wood City Standmid, a weekly newsPaP-
<br />er of general circulation, published,
<br />printed and circulated in said Town,
<br />(there being no daily or semi-weekly
<br />newspaper published or circulated
<br />therein) and hereby designated for that
<br />purpose by trio Board of Trustees of
<br />said Town.
<br />The Street Superintendent of the
<br />Town of Redwood Cita', shall cause no-
<br />tices of the Passage of this Resolution
<br />of Intention to be posted in time, form,
<br />manner and number as required by law.

<br />with this Resolution of. Intention No.
<br />11-1, or why said proposed work and
<br />improvenreuls should not bo carried out
<br />and done fit the grades shown on plans,
<br />profiles fund specifications hereinbefore
<br />referred to herein.

<br />at a regular meeting of said Board hold
<br />on the 2nd day of February, 1925, by the
