300 That hydraulic cement combination curbs and gutters be constructed on both sides of Roosevelt Avenue for the distance described for the pavement of said avenue above mentioned The curb portion of said combination curb and gutter to be six (6) Inches across the top and eleven (11) Inches deep, and the gutter portion of said combina- tion curb and gutter to be eighteen (18) Inches wide and to be (6) six inches thick next to the pavement and five Inches thick next to the curb And said combination curb and gutter to be made and constructed at one time so that there will be no joint between the curb and gutter; there Is excepted from the foregoing described curb and guttter a piece 113.85 feet In length on the southeasterly side of Roosevelt Avenue commencing at a point 113.85 feet northeasterly from the northeasterly line of Davis Street and running southwesterly to the northeasterly line of Davis Street, con- crete curb being now in place at said `place, and there Isalso excepted from the foregoing described curb and gut- ter a piece 50 feet In length on the northwesterly sideof Roosevelt av- enue commencing at a point 50 feet northeasterly from the northeasterly line of Clinton street and running southwesterly to northeasterly line of Clinton Street. Said cement combination curb and gutter upon the hereinbefore mention- ed streets and avenues shall also be constructed on all the corners of the Intersecting and iterminating streets and avenues; excepting, however, the southeasterly corner of Davis Street and Roosevelt Avenue and northeast- erly corner of Clinton Street and Roosevelt Avenue. That hydraulic cement gutters be constructed on Roosevelt Avenue, Bald gutters to be eighteen (18) Inches wide and to be six (6) Inches thick next to the pavement and five (5) Inches thick next to the curb, at the following places, to -wit: On the southeasterly side of Roose- velt Avenue Immediately adjacent to curb commencing at a point 113.85 feet northeasterly from the northeasterly flies of Davis Street and running southwesterly to the northeasterly line of Davis Street; and also on the northwesterly side of Roosevelt Avenue Immedlately adjacent to curb and commencing at a point fifty (50) feet northeasterly from northeasterly line of Clinton Street and running southwesterly to Clinton Street; and also that the said hydraulic cement concrete gutter as lastly herein des- crlbed be constructed at the south- east corner of Davis Street and Rooso- velt Avenue, and at the northeast cor- ner of Clinton Street and Roosevelt Avenue Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redw&jd City at- a regular meet- ing of said Board held on the 16th.day of February,IQ25 by the follovring vote; Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution,Trustees, C.K.I,Iabie,G, i%.I,icNulty,Li.E,Ryan, H.A.Beeger.
