• ! m i is the sum of thirty thousand 030,000,00)dollars, a SeCTION 3.That the public interest and public necessity of said municipality,said Town of Redwood City,and b'f°the' inhabitants thereof,demand the acquistion,constraction a3ld completion of the following municipal improvements in and for said 11own,to-wit; The construction of curbs and sidewalks and pavement fronting the Park bounded by I Howland Street,Standish street,Warren Street and Allerton Street in said Town of Redwood City. That the estimated cost of said work and improvement described in Section -3 above mentioned is the sum of seven thousand (07,000.00)dollars. SECTION ¢.That the public interest and public necessity of said municipality,said Town of Redwood- City, and of the inhabitants thereof,demand the acquisition and completion of the following municipal improvements in and for said Town,to-wit; f '! The construction of sidewalks fronting the Park bounded by Marshall street,Winslow street i Bradford street and Hamilton street in said Town of Redwood City. That the estimated cost of said work and improvement described in Section 4 above mentioned is the sum of one thousand.($IO00.00)dollars. SECTION 5.That the cost of said work and improvements and of each and every one of said improvements is too great to be paid put of the ordinary annual income and revenue of said Town of Redwmod City, and said improveien.ts=and each and every one of said improvevents t will require an expenditure greater than the amount allowed for said improvements and for l each of said improvements by the annual tax levy, and that it is the intention of the Board of Trustees of said Town of, Redwood City to have and sec-dre said improvements and eacl and every one of said improvements to be made, acquired, constructed and completed. And said Board of Trustees does hereby dtermine that all necessary and proper proceedings KU be,and the same shall be takne and had as provided by the laws of the State of California, for the purpose and to the end of having, acquiring,making,constructing and completing said municipal improvements and each and every one of said improvements. I Trustee Mabie seconds the motion, and upon roll call the same was passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City,County of San Mateo, A 1 State of California,held on the 16th.day of February,I925,by the following vote; �r Ayes and in gavor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution,Trustees, C.K.Mabie-G.
