<br />The following Communication was received from the Redw od City Planing Commission,to-wit;-

<br />Dear Sirs;
<br />Tuesday evening,Feby.249having been the time set for the hearing of
<br />Zoning Ordinance,gdoption of Set Back Line Map and use of property
<br />Zone Map,meeting of the Redwood City Planning Commission was held
<br />on that date,and after consideration by the members and property
<br />owners in attendance at the meeting,on motion duly made,seconded and
<br />carried,we recommend your Board adopt the ordinance as aubnitted.

<br />Whereupon it was moved by trustee Mabie,seconded by Trustee Ryan and carried the foregoing
<br />communication be laid over until the meeting of March 26,1925.
<br />The dollowing supplemenraty letter.was received from the Planning Commission ,to-wit;-

<br />Dear Sirs;
<br />Supplementing our letter of Feb,25 relative to placing of lots 3-¢-8-block No,2
<br />of Dingee Park Tract into the business district of Redwood City;
<br />At a special meeting of the Redwood City Planning Commission held on Saturday,Feby,
<br />28,1925,it was recommended these lots be admitted into the business district,if definite
<br />showing is made tb your Board that the improvements will be made on these -lots within a
<br />reasonable time and conforming to the building regulations of our city.
<br />It is farther suggested that if these lots are taken into the business district,it will
<br />be with the understanding they are under the fire district regulations.

<br />It was on motion of Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee Mabie and carried, the Board concur
<br />with the Planning Commission under fbndition-the. property owners of same would present to
<br />the Board that they intend improving the tract with business building, then the matter will
<br />be taken up.
<br />Communication from the Planning Commission regarding closing of streets in the Ligouri
<br />tract,was on motion of Trustee McNulty,seconded by Trustee Mabie same be received and filed,
<br />Motion Carried.
<br />The following application was presented to the Board,to-,ffi.t;-
<br />Application is hereby made for a permit to construct a spur track running from the
<br />present spur track on Chestnut Street to the property at the northeasterly end of
<br />the Ligouri property. The purpose of the spur track is to serve the wholesale
<br />gasoline station to be erected upon said property under permit recently granted by
<br />your Board.

<br />Moved by Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee McNulty and carried, the City Engineer be instruct -id
<br />to draw up Plans,Specifice.tions calling for Vibolithic,Portland cement pavement for the
<br />shoulder on the Highway,Motion Carried.
<br />On motion of Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee Mabie and carried,the following permits
<br />were granted the Pacific Gas & Electric.Company,to-frit;-
<br />To set two poles on Edgewood Road as per Blue Print # 98 R.
<br />To set three poles on Lincoln Avenue as per Blue Print ? 1003 R.
<br />To set one pole on Vera Avenue as per Blue Print 1006-R.
<br />To set one pole on Alden Street as per Blue Print I009 -R,
<br />Moved by Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee Mabie, the City Attorney be instructed to look
