<br />1. The construction. alteration and
<br />�t enlargement of the present Town Hall
<br />on Webster Street between Washing-
<br />ton Street and Main Strert.
<br />2. The construction and completion
<br />of an additional reservoir for the mu-
<br />nicipal water system upon the prop-
<br />erty of the Town of Redwood City
<br />at the southwesterly end of Brewster
<br />side -
<br />the
<br />l Allerton Street, in said Town of Red-
<br />wood City.
<br />4. The construction of sidewalks
<br />fronting the Park, bounded, by 'Mar-
<br />shall Street. Winslow Street, Bradford
<br />Street and Hamilton Street in said
<br />Town of Redwood City.
<br />And whereas, the executive of said
<br />Town of Redwood City, did on the 10th
<br />day of February, 1925 duly and regu-
<br />larly approve such action of such
<br />leg-islative branch, now therefore;

<br />of nz;awood City do ordain as follows
<br />to -wit:
<br />Section 1. A special_ election is here-
<br />by called and shall be held to said
<br />Town of Redwod City, County of San
<br />Mateo, State of California, on Tuesday,
<br />the 24th day of Marcli, 1925, to sub-
<br />mit and at which election there shall
<br />be submitted to the qualified voters
<br />of said Town of Redwood City the fol-
<br />lowing propositions to incur a bonded
<br />Indebtedness by said Town, to -wit:
<br />(a) The proposition. to incur &
<br />bonded indebtedness •of Forty-five
<br />Thousand ($45,000) Dollars, gold coin
<br />of the United States of America, for
<br />the object and purpose of paying the
<br />cost of the construction, alteration
<br />and enlargement of the present Town
<br />Hall on Webster Street between Wash-
<br />ington Street and Main Street.
<br />(b) The proposition to Incur a
<br />bonded Indebtedness of Thirty thous-
<br />and -($30,000) Dollars, gold coin of the
<br />United States of America, for the ob-
<br />ject and purpose of paying the cost of
<br />the construction and completion of an
<br />additional reservoir for the municipal
<br />water system upon the property of the
<br />Town of Redwood City at the south-
<br />westerly end of Brewster Avenue near
<br />the southwesterly limits of the Town
<br />'
<br />of Redwood City.
<br />(c) The proposition to incur a bond-
<br />ed Indebtedness of Seven Thousand
<br />($7,000) dollars, gold coin of the United
<br />States of America, for the object and
<br />purpose of paying the cost of the con-
<br />struction of curbs, sidewalks and pave-
<br />ment fronting the Park, bounded by
<br />Howland Street, Standish Street War-
<br />ren Street and Allerton Street, In said
<br />Town of Redwood City.
<br />(d) The proposition to Incur a bond-
<br />ed Indebtedness of One Thousand
<br />($1,000) Dollars gold coin of the United
<br />States of America, for the object and
<br />purpose of paying the cost of the con-
<br />struction of sidewalks fronting the
<br />Park, bounded by Marshall Street,
<br />Winslow Street, Bradford Street and
<br />Hamilton Street, In'said Town of Red-
<br />wood City.
<br />And said last mentioned day is here-
<br />by fixed as the date for the holding
<br />of such special election, and said prop-
<br />ositions to Incur municipal Indebted-
<br />ness are hereby submitted to the quail -
<br />fled voters of the said Town of Red-
<br />wood City, for their determination at
<br />said election,
<br />It requires and shall require the vot-
<br />es of two-thirds of the qualified Vot-
<br />ers, voting at said election to author-
<br />ize the Incurring of said Indebtedness
<br />and the Issuance of bonds therefore
<br />as proposed in said propositions.
<br />Section 2. The object and purpose
<br />for which sand bonded indebtedness of
<br />Forty-five Thousand ($45,000) dollars
<br />Is proposed to be incurred Is the fol -
