<br />M.E.Ryan,Cl-ark W.A.Price, Absent Trustee A.E.Monteith.
<br />Minutes of regular meeting held March 16th and adjourned meeting held March 30th.1925
<br />were read and on motion of Trustee IVlabie,seconded by Trustee McNulty and carried sane be
<br />approved as read.

<br />ARLINGTON ROAD in WELLESLEY PARK.
<br />RESOLUTION ORDERING WBRK AND THE CLOSING
<br />OF A PORTION OF ARLINGTON ROAD.
<br />1 WHEREAS,the board of trustees of the town of Redwood City,did on the 2nd.day of March,
<br />1925,pass a resolution declaring its intention to order the following street work to be
<br />s
<br />done,to-wit;
<br />a' That all that portion of Arlington Road lying between a line parallel with and distant
<br />seventy(70) feet southerly from the southerly line of Lot 86 of Wellesley Park and a line
<br />parallel with and distant seventy( 70) feet southeasterly from the northwesterly line of
<br />Edgewood Road, -as said Arlington Road is shown on that certain map entitled" Alap of
<br />Wellesley Park,San Mateo Co,.Cal" filed November 26,1888,in the County Recorder's office
<br />of the San Mateo County,State of California,in Book "B" of Maps at page 37,and a portion

<br />thereof also shown on that certain map entitled " Map Number 2 of Subdivision Number one
<br />of a portion of Wellesley Park,San Mateo Co,Cal.filed May 20,1893,in Book I'D" of Maps at
<br />page 41,to which. said maps reference is hereby made and the same made part hereof,be
<br />vacated,abandoned and closed.

<br />And did,in said resolution,deblare that no land was necessary to be taken therefor, and
<br />i
<br />did therein specify the exterior boundaries of the distract of lands to be affected and
<br />benefitted by said work and to be assessed,if proper, to pay the damages,costs and expenses
<br />therefor,to which said resolution now on file in said matter is hereby made for further
<br />{ particulars and the same made a part hereof; and
<br />WHEREAS, the street superintendent of the town of Redwood City did thereupon cause
<br />notices of the passage of said resolution to be posted and published in the manner ans as
<br />required by law and said resolution of intention, as will more fully appear by the afffidav-
<br />its of C.L.Dimmitt, and J.D.-Hedge which are now on file herein, and to which reference is
<br />hereby made for fm.rther particulars and the same made a part hereof; and
<br />WHEREAS,no objections were delivered to or filed with the clerk of said board of trustee
<br />II€ or made before or to said board; and
<br />WHEREAS the City Planning Commission, to which said matter and petition was referred,
<br />did recommend that said petition be granted by said Board of Trustees; and
<br />WHEREAS, the said board of trustees 'de'tsxmine and does hereby determine that no further
