<br />Regular Meeting Bourd of Trustees held.
<br />Upon roll call there were present, Trustees, President H,A,Beeger, M.E,Ryan, G.W,McNixlty,
<br />Clerk W.A.Price, Absent,Trustees, C.K.Mabie,and A,E44onteith.
<br />Upon motion of Trustee McNulty seconded by Trustee Ryan and carried reading of minutes
<br />of regular meeting of April 6th,1925,be dispensed with until next regular meeting.
<br />` On motion of Trustee Ryan, seconded by Trustee McNulty, W.W.Thompson be allowed a permit
<br />to construct a Road Oil Plant at the corner of Cooper and Willow Streets on portion of
<br />Block 11 &&stern Addition. Motion Carried.
<br />.application of W.W.Thompson for a permit to construct a spur track to serve portion of
<br />Block 11, Eastern Addition same to cross Willow Street was on motion of Trustee McNulty
<br />3 seconded by Trustee Ryan, said permit be granted.Motion carried.
<br />Communication from Chief Engineer Murphy and State Fire Marshal Stevens excepting the
<br />invitation to visit this City to discuss the of fire protection, was on motion of Trustee
<br />McNulty, seconded by Trustee Ryan, same be received and filed. Motion carried.
<br />Communication from Bonita Parlor No 10 N.D.G.W. asking the Board the exceptance of a
<br />I
<br />group of Redwood trees, was on motion of Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee McNulty,the clerk
<br />write the Native Daughters and except said trees in behalf of the Board.Motion carried.
<br />Affidavits of Jas D. Hedge, and John Isaac in the matter of Publishing notice of public -
<br />hearing of Ordinance No 251 (Zoning and sat back lines) was on motion of Trustee McNulty
<br />seconded by Trustee Ryan, same be received and filed. Motion carried.
